held 28 - 30 on fast worked on SDK
assigned 20 x 50 4 on :35 1 on 50
did 4 x (4 x 50 on 35) skipped the easy one
assigned: 12 x 150 on 2:15 done 100 aerobic 50 strong
did 12 x (2 x 50) 50 moderate rest 50, 50 bk strong, worked on SDK
went 28's & 29's on 50's
got out at 7:40 am rested 15 minutes
changed into FS PRO legs
