I thought my 2008 SCM meet was going to be
Longbeach Sat Dec 6th & Sunday Dec 7th
8 weeks and 3 days away or 59 days away
but now it's looking more like the
SunDevil Masters Swimming Invitational

Not super thrilled with the order of events
but it's easier to get to and requires fewer hotel days and days away from work


I was tired last night, I laid down around 7:30 and fell asleep, woke up at 5:18 am I usually go to bed around 10:30

beside amy marcio max and larry
dove in at 6:32

assigned: 10 x 100 k w/ fins on 1:10
did 4 x 75 k (no fins no board) on 1:10
then on the last 6 I did
3 x 100's kick on 2:20
goal was to go 1:10 or faster,
went 1) 1:10, 2) 1:09, 3) 1:07

assigned 400 easy
did 300 easy

5 x 200 fr on 2:20
went 2:08's & 9's then 2:04 on #5

100 easy

50 bk fast whitney watched but didn't start her watch
she said I went :24
