went 52.63
split 24.35 28.28
best time since i was in my 20's
went 53.18 in 2007 when i was 43
went 52.70 in 1995 when I was 31
50 bk
went 24.71
did 13 SDKs on each length
last year I went 25.38 at this meet
plan to swim the 50 back again tonight
hope to go faster
plan to take 12 SDKs on each length

I asked you this on Facebook, but how did you like your splits for the fly? Do you feel you took it out too strong, or did you need to do that to get going?

I decided to take it out pretty hard and SDK further off each wall

I needed to get going
if I swim it again I'll take it out even faster
