assigned: 8 rounds of 75 fr fast on 1:10, 25 non free fast on 1:00
did: 8 rounds of 25 free easy on 1:10, 25 SDK from a dive no breath, held 11's

spent the last 15 minutes of practice doing a
swim faster faster session with a swimmer
worked on streamlining, SDK and speed skills
