still pondering the type of training I want to do from now till mid February
part of me wants to prepare for 200's and sprints
another the 50 free, 50 back and 100 IM and yet
another for 25 fr, 25 bk, & 25 SDK

Do training for 200's and training for sprints have to be mutually exclusive? Perhaps you might slow down on the 50's if you don't get enough raw sprinting done. However, I remember someone once saying that if you trained for the 200, you would have a solid 100.
