did: half the 100's all the easy 50's
worked on SDK's off push offs and turns
right shoulder hurt a little so I didn't do anything real hard

then I got out and talked with Kris Kubik as Michael Klueh trained Kubes told me Dara Torres had an incredible work ethic at the US Olympic Training Camps.
