Swam my fastest 100 free of the year this morning
went 48.8 at SC nats in may
went 48.4 in practice today

as I was leaving practice yesterday they were lowering the bulkheads at the swim center so we might have blocks tomorrow"when I walked in this morning the bulkheads were down and 2 25 yard racing courses were set up hoards of highschool kids walked into the swim center, there's a big high school meet there today
