what's interesting about this meet is it was seeded fastest to slowest
heats 1, 2 & 3 were seeded championship style

wore Blue Seventy Nero Comp

I swam this morning but scratched finals, got family in town (dinner) and want to rest up for tomorrow. Plan to scratch finals tomorrow too.

entered with 22.58 which I went at this meet last year
swam in heat 2 lane 2
went 21.99
I'm pleased with this time
considering I'd just swam a 200 IM and didn't rest for this mkeet at all
