Whenever I walk on the deck to coach and see the blocks up, I immediately try to find a place in the practice where the swimmers can DIVE!<BR/><BR/>Today I did 16 X 25 from a dive. But in 2 different sets. 8 fly and 8 breastroke. Worked on dives and the underwater for both strokes. I'm still a whole long way off from Bob Strand's 300 practice dives!<BR/><BR/>I talked to Jason L. about my dive on the way out. He said I could fix it with concentration... <BR/><BR/>:) Cool. Just doing enough (about 2500m) a day to keep myself 'in there'. I have done very little aerobic work.
